The most important stage of our process, where we get to know each other and see if Career Key can help. 30 minutes of fact-finding and needs analysis where we see where you are at and what you are looking for... This is FREE with all our services!
Stage 1 - Roadmap

We take what we learnt from that initial call and build a custom roadmap that sets out how we get you from where you are now to where you want to be. This first session is all about identifying what YOU want to achieve, your strengths, weaknesses and areas you need particular help with.
Stage 2 - Action

Stage 3 - Support
Next we arrange the action sessions around the target areas, confidence boosting, tonality, presentation and mock interviews - phone, virtual or face-to-face (where possible). Each session lasts 1 hour and we review progress at each stage and set assignments ready for the next!

Once our sessions are complete and you are satisfied progress has been made - we send you a support pack that shows your progress, the tools and skills you have learned and helpful tips to take forward. We also like to stay in touch to see how you get on and offer any other support you need.
